Last Saturday, (before we headed out to Vegas for work :oP) Vince and I headed out to Austin 71 for the kickoff of Wedding Season 2008! The last time we shot a wedding was Julie and Sean's in January and that seems eons ago! This was our first trip out to Austin 71 and what an amazing venue! Besides having to do a left turn in the middle of 60mph traffic, this location was perfect! Melissa and Justin - including families and guests, actually are all out of town! This was a mini-destination wedding for them (yes, I've told you before that I'm a desination photographer for Austin). The day couldn't have been more beautiful. Melissa looked amazing in her Priscilla of Boston gown - and Justin even cleaned up nicely as well! So onto some notables! 1) Photo Booth! That's two weddings in a row now. Yippee! 2) Outdoor bar. Which meant major distraction for the groomsmen. But I rallied them in :oP 3) Justin and some Soulja Boy 4) First dance at sunset - seriously, could this day be any more perfect?. Melissa and Justin, thank you for having such a fabulous wedding to get me right back into th groove of things! I hope you guys are enjoying Hawaii!
