09.24.2006: Hunter and Krissy's Engagement

Congratulations to Hunter and Krissy!
They are getting married this coming January, and I'm the lucky person they chose to document their wedding. I met them in Austin this weekend for their engagement pictures, and after scaling a skyscraper, "attacks," bats and almost getting run over (because I wanted to take a cool shot of them in the street), I HEART their pictures!!! What a fabulous wedding! The day started at the bride's home with a house party (with foods that looked too exquisite to eat!) and Father Manuel's blessing of the house (and double blessing of the bedroom - for the couple's much anticipated baker's dozen kids!). Julie was so beautiful in her gown and Luke very dashing (even while eating Culvers)!!! It was such a beautiful wedding and Rick and Abbie who handled the reception did a marvelous job with decoration and food! Even though the weather was unpredictable (sun, heat, humidity, thunderstorms and nature's fireworks) - everyone looked perfect. Thanks for sharing your day with us!
