Soooooooo......we're still on wedding vacation until mid-December, but blog stalkers, have no fear, we have tons of shoots to blog about. Well stalkers, time for some trivia. What does martinis, Matt Damon, tattoos and the three sweetest chihuahuas have in common? Yups, Jason and Jennifer. On Saturday, I met up with Jason and Jennifer for their e-session. We started at their home (so that they could get some pictures with their three babies) and then headed down to Congress - J+J wanted iconic Austin locations. (She even typed out a list of ideas for me - which I thought was awesome that they put so much thought into their e-session!). But just one little snafu - the lighting of the Christmas trees. But we worked it out, got some quick shots out there and headed out to Guadalupe to find the alien frog. It did take us at least a half hour to walk two blocks to it, because I was constantly distracted along the way by bright colors. Then it was back into the car and back to 6th street to look for martinis (in martini glasses!). Yes, I know we drove around in circles - but that's what makes it so fun - well that, and having Jason order at the bar two of the most colorful martinis possible - with no regards to taste. I think next time, I might just ask the bartender to make a martini syrup instead :) Jason and Jennifer, that was fun!! Jen, thanks for sitting in the middle of alleys, gross sidewalks, and everywhere else I could find to torture you with - and risking your life by letting Jason jump over you. ACK! Don't forget the tetanus shot :)
