On Saturday, Susan and Glenn celebrated their second wedding celebration and reception in Houston. They were married the week before in Austin and they had a second wedding/reception because everyone wants to plan at least two weddings back to back :) Susan and Glenn both met in Dental school and are now both dentists. Which can only mean one thing - yups, just as the best man stated - they are both officially licensed to torture people. Well, the day started out running just a little bit late. There were issues with a bridesmaid's dress zipper being broke and a power line that fell on the freeway -which backed up traffic. Also, while waiting for the second ceremony to start, the guys opened up a pack of cards and started playing. Check out the pictures - seemed like someone stacked the deck!!! Everyone had amazing hands!! HA HA HA. Anyways, I had such a blast shooting the bride/groom formals and the wedding party. (Turned out I even knew one of the bridesmaid!!! Small world!). Onto the notables of the day: Hotel escalator!! I heart hotel escalators...they make for the cutest romantic pictures!! A bus stop. While posing at the bus stop (with me across the street) a bus almost stopped and picked up the wedding party! Ant piles and dog poo. You know you got true friends when they don't complain about potentially stepping on dog poo barefooted - just for pictures! Family Karaoke night, a DJ that never had to play a single song....and last but not least - I even got an apprentice for part of the night. Susan and Glen, you guys threw a great party and enjoy your well deserved honeymoon in Hawaii. By the way, who's the better dentist??
