Early Sunday afternoon had me drive out of Houston back to Austin for Mark and Misha's wedding. Because of the crazy amount of rainfall we've been getting in Central Texas, the ceremony was moved indoor. I should have mentioned to Misha that our record so far with rain has been "nil" as soon as the ceremony time came. (But I didn't want that to be a reliable source of weather prediction!) Anyways, the girls got ready in a Bridal changing suite, while the boys were directly downstairs getting gq'ed. :) So onto the notables for the day: for one, a Pink Posh first: the girls doing wall push ups for last minute toning. The boys smoking cigars on the balcony directly downstairs - the girls spotting them from the window upstairs - and the boys spotting the girls spotting them! (Of course, the girls were rapping furiously on the window to get their attention!) Oh, we finally shot a "breaking of the glass." (I've been hoping for a chance to finally get to experience this!) Mark was kind enough to "purposely" not break the glass on the first try so we can keep getting the shot...ha ha ha! And of course the Hora and Hava Nagila! (We were soooo stoked when we saw this happening!!! Another first for us!!) Oh and the cutest thing happened!! During the wedding party pictures, this little girl who was picnicking with her family, ran up to Misha (who looked like a princess) and offered Misha the use of her precious princess tiara! Misha and Mark, what a fabulous Sunday evening and enjoy Costa Rica!! (~Mariae and Hali)
